Shipping & Returns FAQ
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) for all apparel orders. Jewelry and hair accessories can take 10 to 15 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. Shipping times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date of purchase.
During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Crossroads Dandelion does not cover the cost of duties or taxes - this is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping will be applied.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If the product is (damaged, with bad printing, wrong color, etc.) the customer does NOT need to send back the item. We will gladly send an exchange without additional costs or fees to the buyer.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Returns are not accepted.
When can items be exchanged:
- The product arrives damaged.
- There is an issue with the product received (ex: bad printing).
- An incorrect item is received (ex: wrong color, size, product, etc.).
- The wrong size was ordered.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at crossroadsdandelion@gmail.com if you want to initiate an exchange so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To process your exchange, kindly provide a clear, well-lit, zoomed-out photo (or multiple photos) that clearly shows the issue or defect.
Note: Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.
When the buyer needs to ship back the items
The buyer needs to ship back the item only when the buyer orders the wrong size. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The item should not be damaged, should contain any original tags, and should be sent with its original packaging (even if the package was opened).
As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products, so don't be alarmed if you receive a new item with no tags on.
Under any other situation (damaged product, bad printing, wrong color, etc.) the customer does not need to send back the item. We will gladly send an exchange without additional costs or fees to the buyer.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. You do not need to return defective items; otherwise, customers cover return shipping costs.
